Three men arrested after alleged stabbing in Rochester High Street
Kent Police arrested three men in Maidstone after a teenager was found with injuries consistent with stab wounds in Rochester High Street in the early hours of Saturday 15 August 2026.
Police were called to Rochester High Street, Medway, at around 3am on Saturday 15 August 2026 following reports of a serious assault near the junction with Star Hill. The victim, described as a teenager, was found with serious injuries and taken to hospital, where his condition was said to be stable, according to Kent Police.
According to Kent Police, the alleged attack followed an altercation involving two men, who left the scene in a grey BMW 118i. A knife was recovered from the area near Star Hill.
A 38-year-old man was arrested at his home in Maidstone within about an hour of the incident. Two further men, aged 34 and 40, were arrested at a second Maidstone address at around 6am. All three were released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.
Kent Police has appealed for witnesses and is asking anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage from Rochester High Street and Star Hill at around 3am on 15 August 2026 to contact officers. Anonymous reports can be made to Crimestoppers, the independent crime-reporting charity.
